Ben Wheeler - Lurji T'algha

The beauty of Lurji T'algha is it's realization of aural directions, reaching the distance to awaiting beauty and pulling gorgeous tones back for listeners to hear now. This is a composition to loose ourselves in, an audible pathway towards the timeless conscious and the tranquility we all seek. 
 
Lurji T'algha contains six pieces spanning close to forty five minutes. The first side holds the title track "Lurji T'algha" and the equally lengthy "Foam". Both of these selections slowly build, developing massive rhythmic root structures. The branches reaching temporal waiting points while the roots supply analog nutrients throughout. Ben Wheeler saturates the aural canvas using plant based dyes to paint undiscovered worlds. A transfixing process for those who listen, tones and notes filled with rich saturating electronic nostalgia. The first track on the second side "Mtsvane T'algha" continues the immersion from the first, connecting to "Lurji T'algha" with mesmerizing affinity. "Bneli T'algha" breaks after "Ripple" focusing on rhythms rather than sustained synthesizer majesty. The last track "Spider Crab" returns with blissful notes using sonic structures from Tusheti, a people from the northeastern region of Georgia.
