Veiled Matter holds ten selections flowing with an augmenting meter. Like the composition changes gears from beginning to end. Dreamlike passages slowly dispersing for more driving beats and rhythm. The listening experience is very well balanced. Leslie Keffer has an excellent ear for creating a sonic pathway filled with diversity and still completely fluid. The sixth track "Fauces" and seventh track "Sifting" have no beat, droning with mild veracity. This creates the doorway into the the more beat driven "Energetic Code" and "Seeding" selections. All to conclude with the final track "Flourish", connecting the start and end. Veiled Matter has gorgeous transitions and will be a album to listen two for time to come.
