Oxherding - An Echo Across The Lake

A cool breeze blows under overcast sky ushering in the darkening hours of night. Flames flicker and wave from the fire burning close. Warmth and light becoming a companion for the cold and unseen surrounding world. An Echo Across The Lake is like the fire, so natural in it's essence, providing a nostalgic sense of security in the infinite expanse. Sounds within hanging suspended, gently dancing with bright energy. The sonic current emanating like the coals in the fire, glowing in indescribable hues of orange and red.

Oxherding adds a new composition to a growing handful of full length releases. An Echo Across The Lake contains two side long tracks finding aural boundaries in just under thirty minutes. Fitz Hartwig the sole force behind Oxherding has maintained a beautiful focus of creativity. Vibrant drone that lifts the spirit, sonic details sparkling in radiant patterns similar to rays of sunlight through tree filled canopies. An Echo Across The Lake is of highest definition and beautifully compliments Oxherding's first release The Past Is Gone and The Future Is Not Yet Here the best. Everything Fitz Hartwig has created draws from a deep connection to love and passion for all spirits in a world so often moving in an opposite direction. These sounds create the foundation for listeners to truly hear the magnificent constituents of both nature and people, both exquisiteness and coarseness combined.

Released on the Distant Bloom label out of St. Louis, Missouri. Getting close to twenty releases for the label, all with a continuity of tranquil splendor. One note, all Oxherding releases have quickly sold out, so don't wait if interested in a physical copy.
