Oxherding - Point of Incidence

Sounds entering thoughts in unison with the planets rotation. Momentary focus brings droning mist, starlit depths or saturated vibrancy. When listening to the entire composition, experience mirrors a full cycle of gravity bound rotation or a journey away and back from creativity's nexus. Point of Incidence gently changes timbre within the ambient effulgence. A current of molecular harmonies oscillating from the hidden fathoms below to a slow basking roll on the sunlit surface. Within two side long tracks, Oxherding composes an aural landscape with many impressions. Immersion into sonic candescence, energy permeating all thoughts. Floating on tranquility's edge, the most faint drone is the heart's entire warmth. Point of Incidence contains a spectrum of sounds, fluid and serene, a place to turn thoughts and shed tumultuous times.   

Released on Distant Bloom in an edition of seventy cassettes and fifty compact discs. The cassette version was used for this listening experience. Oxherding is the long running project of Fitz Hartwig. Sounds were mastered by the sonic ambient sage Sean Conrad. Point of Incidence is an excellent return from a short hiatus for Distant Bloom.
