Robert Eggplant - No Job is a Dream

A cart path through old growth forests gradually revealing both place ahead and traveled origin. The journey is perspicuous, even though the perpendicular edge contains an impenetrable dense growth. Thoughts and attention gravitate towards the tunnel's shimmering hope of undisturbed passage, while the surrounding wildwood calls with both alluring and alarming essence. No Job is a Dream holds these values. From the tranquility of beautiful acoustic melodies, to the mysterious sounds bellowing beyond the listening path, this composition engages the recesses of conscious space. Robert Eggplant juxtaposes the crux of sonic serenity with a shadow filled aural landscape. After repeated listens, No Job is a Dream may be just a little more portentous then originally regarded. The field recordings and the twist in sonic states are the gorgeous undercurrent emotion floats with. Listen to the shortest track "Aquarium Gravel" and then the longest, "Grams Per Mole". A simple preview of how amazingly complex No Job is a Dream is and delightfully done with subtly fluid sonic transitions. A composition for built for twilight and ready for cognition of time ahead.
