Punk grooviness swirling from the minds of Damiano Negrisoli and Daniela Resconi or with shorter go byes, Wilson and Dani. Their band is called (+39) 375-649-94-64 My Telephone Number. The selections within their debut "Album #01", find the special recipe. A succulent convergence of upbeat rock with tinges of twisted pop, everything raw and scratchy, and most of all, irresistible rhythm and harmony. The only con is how fast the composition is over. Ten selections, all quick and catchy, it's perfect, but you just want more. So that makes it a good thing.

As mentioned, Album #01 is gorgeously melodic. Tapping the foot is an involuntary response to many of the selections on the composition. The track "Ordinary Way" is a beautiful example of the swing between euphony in verse and faster punk throw down. The next selection "Liar" fuses seamlessly with the song before, a slight twist in sonic approach and both of these tracks are one long piece. The track "Spongebob ROK" showcases the cool instrumental side, jangled quirky angles over a steady rhythm. Wilson and Dani have a really great album ready to be heard. Plenty of repeat listens will be the future and favorite songs will continually change. I am particularly liking "Goldfishes" at the moment but "Friends with Benefits" is another favorite as well.

Originally released in Italy in 2024 by La Tempesta Records. The version this description was based on is the Feral Kid Records release limited U.S. pressing. only 100 copies released in the states. All covers hand silk-screened, hand creased and scored, then cut and glued into pocket sleeves. Additional clear slip also hand silk-screened.
