Insub Meta Orchestra - Exhaustion / Proliferation
Exhaustion and Proliferation are two twenty five minute compositions played by the Insub Meta Orchestra. Both pieces were crafted by Cyril Bondi and d’incise with the guidance of Ed Williams for sonic delivery.
The Insub Meta Orchestra is part of the Insub project based out of Genève, Switzerland. The project being all things, a label, an orchestra, a recording studio and a concert organizer. Here are the current members of the orchestra.
The two pieces being listened to and described now are new to the catalog of the Texas label Sawyer Editions. Exhaustion, a strikingly beautiful recording delivered with a grandeur of patience and sonic clarity. Effortless deep sonic breathes with a slight echoing wheeze of civilizations impact. A ceremony of sonic acuteness so precise to even hear the pull of rope on an anchored ship. Proliferation dives deeper into the world of precise percussion. An accumulation of aural fog as the chill of night meets the warmth of the earth below. Slow and almost imperceptible, this composition ponders through the darkness building a beauty for all to experience with the onset of civil twilight.
As mentioned, released on the Texas label Sawyer editions in compact disc format. Physical copies are currently available but only a handful remain at the time of this being written.
