Eniks Cave - Seven Heavenly Palaces

A tear in sonic space. Chilled out sounds from awaiting futures flooded under the flux of time's tsunami. Eniks Cave has analog hieroglyphics. Eniks Cave is a gathering place for untamed energies. This recent release titled Seven Heavenly Palaces is a beautiful laceration of saxophone melodies infected with raw sounds from a non sterile environment. The silhouette of a jazz player floating in the cacophonous surf. Massive sonic swells forcing energy to finally recede with dizzying undertows.

Seven Heavenly Palaces holds six selections in fathomless sonic scope. From the opening kinda title track "Palaces (Heichalot)", the artist Zachary Weiner gently begins his compositional omnium-gatherum with fantastic tranquility. This gives way to charge of energy with guest musicians Mitch Dion, Aine Pearson and Cameron Molyneux on the fourth track "Let Us Be Led Astray ". Seven Heavenly Palaces is a difficult composition to describe, falling into halcyon late night grooves with sonic fireworks heard a block away.
A beautiful juxtaposition of jazz like aural wanderings and a meteor storm of potential disintegration.

Released on Drongo Tapes in a limited edition of seventy. Copies are currently available from the label.
